CANCELLATION:
- You can cancel you order by will by sending us a email requesting the order cancellation at riccilissonline@gmail.com during the next 12 hours after the order is placed.
- Once and order is dispatched it can no be cancelled. However if you still want to cancel it you can reject the package upon delivery and in that case the courier will returned it free of charge (just for standard delivery) Once we receive the package back we will refund you but we still charge for the shipping cost we expened by sending you the item.
- If you can to cancel an express order that has already been dispathed you will have to pay for both shipping cost ”sending it and return it” at the same express fare.
RETURNS:
- We will expect you to love our products but issues can arise, you have 15 days to return an item and get fully refunded.
- We cannot accept back used products or empty bottles, the item has to be sent back in the same condition you received.
- If you receive and product that has been damaged during transit we will issue a pre-paid label for you to return the item free of charge, therefore we can send you a replacement or issue a full refund depending on what you desire.
- We will pay for the return if you received an item that has been damaged during transit.
- In the case, you just change your mind about the product once you receive it and you want to return the unused item, we will kindly accept the return as long you pay for the shipping to send it back.
- The results of most of the items depend on the application process and accurate application lead to great results. We can no accept the responsibility for no good results if the product hasn’t been applied properly, we rely on customers’ expertise and common sense for it, is impossible for us to know how the item was applied therefore we can no offer you a refund in these kind cases.
